SingleClick® Title V Air Permit Recordkeeping and Reporting System

Within the broad scope of environmental, health, and safety compliance, some areas require more work than others. Managing a Title V Air Quality Permit is one of these areas. For facilities with Title V air permits or other air permits with extensive recordkeeping and reporting requirements, SingleClick Co. provides a management solution. The SingleClick® Air Permit Recordkeeping and Reporting (APR) System offers a method of meeting all permit requirements electronically. Using the system, minimal effort is required by facility personnel to maintain the air permit. Basic data such as production amounts must be input each day, and the APR system does everything else. Even when submitting official reports, little more than a signature is required by management as the system uses logged data and internal calculations to complete the reports. The complexity of a Title V permit is greatly simplified and easily managed using the SingleClick® APR.


System features:

Main Screen

  • Every Condition in your Title V permit is stored under one of the buttons on the main screen.
  • Manage your air permit recordkeeping with information on recordkeeping responsibility, compliance schedules, and location of vital records.
  • The software is user-friendly, with no manuals required and no learning curve.
  • SingleClick Co. customizes the system to address your facility's specific Title V permit conditions.

Emission Units
  • Clicking the "Emission Units" button on the main screen accesses your Title V "Emission Units" screen.
  • From this screen, the user can access each of the emission units for which recordkeeping is required.
Recordkeeping
  • Clicking on each emission units button brings up the recordkeeping screens.
  • There is a separate button for each condition requiring recordkeeping for that emission unit (i.e. visible emissions, preventive maintenance, etc.). Clicking that button brings up the screen where you input the recorded data.

Reports
  • Clicking on the "Reports" button on the main screen brings up the "Reports"screen.
  • This screen accesses all the information concerning monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting required by the Title V conditions.
  • The data for the reports will automatically be retrieved from the recordkeeping database.
  • Each of the buttons can be clicked for the corresponding required report.

Exceedances
  • When Quarterly/Semi-annual Exceedance Reports are to be prepared, you click on the "Incidents of Excess Emissions or Excursion".
  • The user selects a reporting period (adjacent screen) and excursions, summary reports, and monitor downtimes are automatically retrieved and the report is created.

Excursion Report
  • Clicking the "Quarterly/Semi-annual Excursion/Exceedance Report" button automatically creates a report of all excursions during a specified time period in an organized fashion.
  • With a single click, this report is ready to be printed and submitted.
